December - 2019 CRS Unveils Ezzelid System
To coincide with the 2020 release of the Rotainer ®Eurospec MH range of container rotators CRS is also pleased to highlight the release of our all new, Patent Pending Ezzelid™ Container Lid Opening System.
Rigorous workshop testing has proved this new system is ready to revolutionise the container rotation industry where fully sealed and locked container lids are required with automatic opening.
For the last decade the industry has persisted with the 'Hang Over' of antiquated lid removal systems originally designed over 30 years ago for contanier tippler applications. These systems involved special lifting frames on container rotators, various lid locking devices, complexed hydraulics and electrical functions, all now redundant.
A re-think by the innovative team at CRS highlighted a simple, cost effective solution to enhance reliability, cycle times, reduced downtime and maintenance.
The Rotainer® Eurospec MH Range does not required such systems therefore is more economical to produce, being 'softer' dynamically it further justifies less complexed container designs therefore reducing the total capital outlay.

October - 2019 CRS Ezzeloadore® Doubles Cycle Times.
CRS recently upgraded its Ezzeloadore® System to enhance the performance of all the Rotainer® Eurospec range of Container Rotators.
The Rotainer® Eurospec is currently our most sought after system as it is simple in design, cost effect, low maintenance and extremely reliable.
Our Eurospec range is based on 'Flat Pack' logistics, being a modulated design it can be transported anywhere in World in a 40ft container. It can be assembled and made operational in 1 day.
Customers choose to value add their purchase by adding the CRS Ezzeloadore® Systems as it easily increases the cycles times by at least 100% especially for 24 hour operations when hot seating crane operators.
Even the most novice of crane operators can deliver high cycles times with a minimum of fuss with the CRS Ezzeloadore® System.

September - 2019 Klaipeda Container Terminal Now Operational.
Klaipeda Kontainer Terminals Lithuania (KKT) is another successful installation for the Rotainer® Eurospec range of container rotators.
KKT has 3 large Mobile Harbour cranes which were all connected to a Rotainer® Eurospec 38 in a matter of 3 days.
2 Liebherr Cranes, a LMH 320 & LMH 420 with a Gottlwald HMK 5506, fully Electric unit were set up and handed over to the client in record time.
The client also order a fleet of Rotorcon® 2900mm High Cube (Certified Rotatable Containers) to maintain compliance with international crane standards and regulations.

August - 2019 Townsville Marine Logistics Up and Running
Townsville Marine Logistics took delivery of a complete Rotainer® Systems mid August 2019.
2 Units of Rotainer® Eurospec 38's were specified with auto lid lift set up for generic 1450mm half heights and 1800mm 3/4 height containers.
A CRS low profile head frame was also specified as part of the order to lower the centre of gravity which gives the crane operator greater control.
One Electric Hydraulic Rotainer® fully integrated into the Gottwald crane operating systems with one Diesel Hydrolic unit with hand held remote control was order to give the stevedoring company complete versatility and reliability.
To maximise productivity and performance a CRS Ezzeloadore® was also specified as part of the order.
CRS also supplied 3400 units of our new Patent Pending lid lock kits that converts any standard, generic half height container lids to be used with CRS's automated lid lifting system.

July - 2019 Townsville Marine Logistics, Ready for Delivery.
CRS is proud to be supplying a complete Container Rotainer® Solution for a Green Field installation in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia.
Townsville Marine Logistics will be a 3rd Stevedoring Company in Townsville.
Rotainer Eurospec 38's with lid lifting for 1450mm and 1800mm generic style container proved to be a cost effective solution for their requirements.
The client allowed CRS to specify the full complement of equipment required for the container handling which included our Ezzelaodore® system as well as lid lifting, this systems will operate via a new Gottwald/Kone MHC and will be integrated into the crane cabin controls for ease of operation.
CRS also supplied our new Patent Pending lid locking system to meet the latest nationalised transport requirements for over 900 Seaco second hand containers.

CRS is please to release our new Rotorcon®, fully certified, rotatable 2900mm high x 10ft long container.
These containers were ordered by a client in Europe for a special application. Extra heavy duty with 6mm high tensile steel floor, lid and locks will work perfectly with our 10ft Rotainer Eurospec or our Tiltainer for end tipping.

June 2019 - Rotainer® Rentals Awarded Stage 4 of Barangaroo,
Star Casino
CRS's Rotainer Rentals unique underground container handling system has been awarded stage 4 of the removal of contaminated spoil from the underground workings in the basement area of the prestigious Barangaroo, Star Casino development.
This site is currently Australia biggest construction project and will link up to the new Sydney City Metro train system.
Lend Lease, the developer of the site so was impressed with the performance, safety and reliability of the Rotainer system on Stages 2 & 3 of the underground diggings that they engaged 'Wards Civil' and Rotainer Rentals to continue with stage 4.
A completely new methodology had been undertaken for this project whereby a special Rotainer with automated lid lifting was design for Seacos' Generic Half Height Containers.
To meet new stringent New South Wales road transport regulations, CRS designed a new, simple, positive lock system for the lids that would prevent the lids from disengaging from the container in the unlikely event or a truck rollover.
Being so successful, this lock system has now registered designs and patents have been applied for in Australian and many overseas Countries.

CRS has a fully certified 40ft - 2900mm High Cube, trademarked - Multibulker®
This versatile high cube container has a rear door so it can be rotated 360 degrees via a container rotator or it can be tilted via tipping skel.
Various lids options are available such as Hard Lid, Tarps, Plastic etc.
This container is perfect for Wood Chip, Biomass and Waste products just to mention a few suitable application.

April 2019 - CRS Coal System up and running.
Late March and early April, the CRS team commissioned the first Container Rotation System in Russia
The Port of Ulst Luga had a contract to load over 3 million tonnes of Coal per year with potential to increase these quantities in the not too distant future.
Having 4 Kone ship to shore cranes, CRS designed an innovative rotating head frame that will allow N-S-E-W rotation of the Rotainer to allow more efficient loading and trimming of the ship.
A fleet of our heave duty 'Coaltainers®' was included as part of the total package.

April 2019 - CRS Receives Order from Lithuania.
CRS is proud to have received an order for our 2900mm 'High Cube' container system for Klaipeda Port, Lithuania.
Rotianer Eurospec 38's will be connect to a Liebherr Mobile Harbour Crane for this particular application.
A fleet of our specially designed, 2900mm Rotorcon, heavy duty container will be part of the package.
The client will load an array of different product such a grains, fertilisers and scrap metals.
CRS is proud to extend it product portfolio in the Baltic Region.
March 2019 - Bisha Mining Orders 3rd Rotainer H.D
Bisha Mining Eritrea, has placed an order for another Rotainer H.D (Heavy Duty) for their loading operation in the Port of Massawa.
Their current units have been so successful with over 40,000 loaded rotations clocked on each Rotainer.
Mine life has been extended for at least another 5 years and whilst continuing to operate the current units to end of mine life, a 3rd unit will be added to the fleet to maintain full productivity during maintenance periods.
The units will have our super reliable 360 degree rotation system but the new unit will have our upgraded lid lifting system.

February 2019 - CRS Receives Order for 850 Lid Lock Conversion Kits
CRS is pleased to announce that its newly developed, automated lid locking system has been ordered by an Australian Minerals processing plant for 850 units of their 1450mm half height containers.
These kits where developed by the CRS team to make generic type open top container suitable for rotation where rotation and secure lid locking is a must.
It also assist site logistics by allowing several container lids to be stacked up to 10 high for storage when not in use.
Tried and testing via Rotainer Rentals on the prestigious Crown Casino development in Sydney, the system is now available for global distribution,
These kit easily fits Seaco, Caru, ISG-Pit to Ship, CMIC as well as many other brands of containers.

December 2018 - CRS Releases Rotainer Eurospec 38 RS
Another Milestone for CRS with the Global release of our Rotainer Eurospec 38RS.
38000kg Gross Capacity suitable for any Reach Stacker, with or without lid lifting.
CRS are very exited about this release as it completes our container rotators for our Reach Stacker Portfolio.
We now offer 32T and 38T container rotators that cater from 1450mm Half Heights right through to 2900mm Bulkers, with or without automated lid lifting.
Transition from normal container handling to container rotation in seconds.
Being a 'stand alone' system, powered by a small Diesel Engine with remote control negates the complexity of interfacing with the hydraulics and electrics of sophisticated, late model Reach Stackers - a maintenance plus!

November 2018 - Bisha Mining 55,000 Loaded Rotations
1.75Mill Tonnes Shipped.
Late 2013 CRS Commissioned a complete copper concentrate handling system at Massawa Port, Eritrea for Bisha Mining.
Bisha Share Mining Company required a 'turn key' installation for the storage, transport and loading of copper concentrate.
CRS supplied the complete package which included Rotainers, Containers, Gottwald Mobile Harbour Crane, Reach Stackers, Forklifts and all other mobile equipment involved, all up a supply of over $20 Mill USD
The CRS team also complete the road transport assessment which required a total fleet of 200 trucks and container trailers especially specified for the 350km trip from the mine to the port.
A recent review of the integrity of our Rotainer H.D, CRS's signature machine, will see these units continue to operate for another 5 year without major component overhauls, a testament to the strength and quality of CRS systems.

November 2018 - North Queensland Stevedore Orders a complete
Rotainer System
A complete Rotainer® installation will be up and operating in Townsville, Q2 2019.
CRS are pleased with this order as it will involve another new model, the Rotainer® Eurospec38 for 1450mm & 1800mm high containers.
CRS's new Patent Pending Lid Lock System will also be installed on approximately 1000 containers

Stage 3 of the underground works of Australia's most prestigious construction project, the new 'Crown Casino' was completed at the end of October 2018.
CRS supplied the solution for safe and efficient removal of highly contaminated waste for the basement level diggings of the new Casino Structure.
Lend Lease, the builders of the large part of the Barangaroo Development in conjunction with Wards Civil used CRS's new underground containerised system, sealing the contaminated waste in Container before it was moved to the surface for transportation to the dump site.
Working from Sun up to Sundown, this section of the project was completed on time, without injury or incident.

October 2018 - CRS Container Tippler Update
Late 2016, CRS designed, manufactured and installed a container tippler system for Port Ventanus, South America. The system services several trains per day bringing copper concentrate to the Port from some of the largest mines in the World.
This containertippler was designed, manufactured and tested in our Wetherill Park Workshop. Once accepted by the client it was stripped down and containerised for shipping to Valparaiso then trucked to Port Ventanus.
2 Years on, 32,500 loaded rotations equates to approximately 1 Million Tonnes of Copper Concentrate being loaded by the CRS Tippler System without any lost time due to breakdowns or unavailability.
This reliability was achieved by using the proven components from our Heavy Duty Rotainer H.D, a great achievement from the CRS Team.

May 2018 - Global Ports, St Petersburg, Orders Rotainer® Eurospec 38
& Rotorcon® Containers.
A recent order from Global Ports, St Petersburg further enhances CRS's footprint into the European Market with our Container Rotation Systems.
This particular operation will be for the export of over 1 Million Tonnes per year of scrap metal.
Our Patented, Rotorcon® 2900mm, extra heavy duty containers were specified for the project due to the severe conditions consistent with these types of operations.
These Rotainers® will have and electric/hydraulic drive system and will be set up to operate via a wide range of port cranes.
CRS's single beam technology is perfect for the European market due to the fact all of the components are fully sealed from extreme weather conditions. Multi-stage heating systems will make sure of the performance during cold operating conditions.

March 2018 - Ulst Luga Port Russia Orders CRS Coal System
CRS, Container Rotation Systems Pty Ltd, is delighted to have received an order from Ulst Luga Port, Russia, for a High Production, Containerised, Coal Handling System.
The project will operate our newly developed Rotainer® Eurospec 38 (38,000kg WLL) set up with a fleet of our Patented Rotorcon® Heavy Duty 2900mm open top containers.
Loading Coal will be via 2 Kone, High Capacity Ship to Shore Cranes. CRS also designed a special rotating head frame as part of the package.
This frame will rotate 350 degrees in the horizontal plane to allow the flexibility to discharge over a wider area thus reducing the amount of long travel crane movements for loading each of the ships hold.
Initially the client has fixed contracts for over 1.5 Million Tonnes of Coal Per year which is expected to increase in 2019/20

February 2018 - CRS Rotorcon® High Cube Containers Hit With the Opposition
at Riga Ports
Designing a fully rotatable 2900mm high container is no easy feat.
At the onset of the development of our Container Rotation Systems, CRS with it engineers designed a new concept in open top containers.
From the ground up we developed a specific range of open top containers exclusively suited for the harsh environments involved with container rotators.
Our 'Rib' system is unique! It has taken may years with numerous objections to our patents by our close competitors however, CRS is please to announce that on the 22 March 2018, the Standard Patent for our Rotorcon® container was granted.
As the picture below from 'Ram In the News' clearly depicts, the inferior copies of the Rotorcon® container recently commissioned at Riga Universal Ports are already showing signs of degradation due to the poor interface with the container rotator.

February 2018 - Rotainer® Eurospec 32 Delivered to QSL, Quebec, Canada
Quebec Stevedores Limited required a solution to replace their current ship loading methods and most importantly, reduce dust emissions whilst increasing productivity for the loading of aluminium ingots and aluminium fines using ship cranes for their client, Comalco.
A Rotainer® Eurospec 32 was the solution, due to the extremes in weather conditions CRS designed a special engine warming system was to retain component heat.
A fleet of Rotorcon®, heavy duty containers, 1800mm high complemented the installation.

January 2018 - CRS Lid Lift System Heads to Turkey
ETI Bahir, Turkey's Largest Miner required a solution for the effective removal and replacement of the lids on their existing fleet of bulk containers.
Several options were offer by the original equipment suppler but in the end the CRS 'Lidliftor®' was selected as we offered a simple, low cost, light weight unit that could be air freighted easily from Australia to Turkey in a very short time frame.

October 2016 - Chien Shing Taiwan Takes Delivery of a 2 Heavy Duty
Rotainer® R.S's
One of Taiwan's Premier Stevedoring Companies, Chien Shing has taken delivery of the a Rotainer® R.S System.
The R.S is a heavy duty 38,000kg system that can quickly work between STS Cranes (Ship to Shore), MHC (Mobile Harbour Cranes) Ships Cranes and Reach Stackers.
To maximised productivity a CRS Ezzeloadore® system and a fleet of CRS's Multibulker® Containers were included in the order.
The Multibulker® Container is fully certified for Rotation and End Tipping which makes this container very versatile.
