Rotainer® News December 2024 - Closing Off a Big Year

Our 15th year of servicing the Containerised Bulk Handling Industry has come to a close.

2024 was a big year for the CRS team and we are again, very proud and pleased with our results, 2025 is already gearing up to be one of our busiest years post Covid 19.

Below are just a few for quick review.

1. Our Trademark Trial against ISG Pit to Ship for the inappropriate use if CRS' registered trademark 'Rotainer' was finalised October 2024 with Justice Rofe expected to hand down her verdict during H1, 2025. 

2. Mulltilid® and Chiptainer® trademarks have been certified with Rotormist™ and Gaintainer™ applications nearing finalisation

3. Several New and Innovative Patent Applications have been lodged, these include;

a) CRS's On-Board Misting Systems for the Rotainer MH range of Rotainers. 

b) CRS's Wide bodied, 20ft, 45 cubic metre container with a lid lifting system for products <750kgs per cubic metre.

c) CRS clever 'Multilid' electronically operated 'Dual' lid lifting apparatus allow CRS Rotainer to handle Any Lid-Any time, no matter what brand of container.

d) The World Largest Container Rotator for STS Cranes, the Rotainer Euospec MH4240, 40ft for 42 tonnes

4. A plug and play Lid-lifting for loading stations. CRS has designed an innovative, fully automated lid lifting system for lading station whereby the container lid is removed, the container is loaded, then weighed for the correct weight and the lids replaced ready for the next phase of transport.
