Rotainer® News February 2026 - Multilid® Enters Service

Multilid® 2 has officially entered service, marking a significant advancement in Containerised Bulk Handling (CBH).

This week, we celebrate another innovation from CRS that is set to transform the CBH industry.

Multilid® 2 is a fully adjustable lid lifting apparatus designed to accommodate any type of open top container lids currently in global circulation, in line with our 'Any Lid - Any Time - Any Container' campaign.

This innovative, Patent Pending system allows for both transverse and longitudinal adjustments, enabling the handling of any container and lock system within Rotainers®.

Congratulations to QUBE Ports, Port Kembla, Australia, on this remarkable achievement. February 2026, we saw the very first ship loaded with three different variations in containers using this innovative technology.

Furthermore, a big thanks to the JH Tester automation team for their skill, patience, and professionalism with the integration of our 2026 Rotainer® Eurospec MH42 to facilitate full function, joy stick control with AAT's Liebherr LMH 550
