CRS's Innovative, Patent Pending, On-Board Dust Suppression Systems
This Simple Cost effective on-board Dust Suppression System is now available the Rotainers® on the MH Range for 2025 fitted with our Innovative Second Generation electronics
CRS has developed a fully programmable Water Misting System to direct very fine water mist particles direct to the source of dust plumes, this in-turn minimises water saturation and removes the need for cumbersome hatch style systems ans associated labour.
Our innovative Patent Pending Technology includes a spray bar system that is movable from the vertical to horizontal positions which allow our misting pattern to follow the dust plume at the commencement of rotation right though to the the container leaving of the ships hold.
Several tank options are available such as on-board tanks on the Rotainer® frame, holding tanks on the cranes or direct from the wharf's face.
