CRS Lock Locking Systems

CRS has a lid lock system that positively locks container lids to open top mining containers.

Developed in late 2010 and offered to the public in 2011, this unique system works by inserting a twist lock shaped mechanism into an aperture that is located on the top of the container lid.

Once the twist lock mechanism is inserted into the aperture it is rotated and in-turn move the levers to the unlocked position, once the mechanism is rotated, CRS's proprietary Rotainer lid lifting beam beam raises the container of the path of the rotating container.

Depending on the customers choice,  2 or 4 apertures are placed in various positions on the container lid.
